William Winram is offering a 2 day Equalization Workshop for Aida Canada members in July. The workshop will consist of a theoretical session in a classroom setting and a practical session where we go diving.
I wouldn’t miss this workshop if you are interested in diving a little deeper either recreationally or competitive. Most of us experience issues with equalization when we are starting out freediving and can always improve our technique even when we get more experienced.
This is a workshop for you if you want the limiting factor of your dives to be the air in your lungs and not your ears.
