Hi.
Am new to this yet love the concept (obviously mental and also physical). Am working my way beyond my current and meagre 100 ft horizontal in a pool, no fins. To train my diaphram, I suspect I need an ARD. I assume you agree and where please might I find one in TO? Also, when I decide to go vertical instead of ho, is there an indoor place here? Thanks, DV

DV,
Before I comment on specific training I want to make sure that you are practicing with a trained partner. Do NOT practice freediving alone EVER.
You can contact us through our club in Toronto: info@freedivetoronto.com and come to our practices if you want more information.
